Build a Montessori School That Begins With the Child
The Freethinking School — Full-Scale Montessori Model
A complete Montessori school for people who want to establish a lasting educational institution—supported by an established philosophy, educator-development ecosystem and operating framework.

What it is
A complete Montessori campus, thoughtfully developed.
The full-scale model operates from dedicated educational premises and brings classrooms, people, materials, parent relationships and school systems together as one coherent Montessori environment.
Dedicated school premises
Toddler environments
Primary environments
Indoor and outdoor learning
Administration and parent spaces
Montessori materials
Educators and support teams
Community programmes
The final campus composition depends on the approved premises, programme plan and franchise agreement.
More than a franchise
You are building an educational environment, not just opening a centre.
Montessori quality is created through the relationship between prepared adults, purposeful spaces and careful observation, not through a logo alone.
The TFS + FTTA ecosystem
A learning environment supported by an educator-training ecosystem.
The school model and the educator-development system are connected, giving future operators a practical route from understanding Montessori to applying it responsibly.
The Freethinking School
Children learn through prepared Montessori environments and classroom practice.
Freethinking Teacher Training Academy
Adults learn to observe, prepare environments and guide children with purpose.
School + Educator Training + Classroom Practice + Continuing Support

For people serious about building an educational institution.
Prior Montessori preparation matters. If you have not trained yet, the FTTA programme becomes part of the pathway, not a reason to stop exploring.
Training comes first
Before building the school, learn to understand the child.
A Montessori environment should be led by people who understand the child, the prepared environment and the method.

Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before the first conversation.
Do I need previous Montessori experience?
Prior experience can be valuable, but appropriate Montessori preparation is fundamental. Operating partners are expected to complete the relevant FTTA training and applicable certification requirements before operating the environment.
Is Montessori teacher training required?
Yes. A Montessori school should be led by people who understand the child, the prepared environment and the method—not by someone who has simply acquired a franchise name.
What if I have not completed FTTA training?
You may still begin the conversation. Training is built into the intended journey and must be completed at the appropriate stage before operation.
Can I apply if I do not yet have a building?
Yes. Discuss the location criteria with TFS before committing to a property. TFS does not promise to purchase or directly source a property.
Will TFS help with classroom design and materials?
The support framework includes prepared-environment planning, classroom zoning and guidance on appropriate materials and equipment, subject to the final agreement.
Can TFS help identify trained teachers?
Where available, TFS may provide guidance or educator-network support. Teacher recruitment or placement is not guaranteed.
What programmes can the school offer?
A final approved model may include Toddler and Primary Montessori environments, parent engagement and community programmes, depending on the premises and agreement.
How long does it take to establish a school?
Timelines vary with training, property, permissions, design, recruitment and readiness. A realistic plan is developed only after assessment.
Does TFS guarantee admissions or profitability?
No. Admissions, revenue and profitability depend on many educational, local, operational and market factors and cannot be guaranteed.
How do I begin?
Complete the franchise enquiry with your background, preferred location, training status and property position. The team can then assess the appropriate next conversation.
Begin with understanding
Build more than a school. Build an environment for independent learners.
Start with educational purpose, complete the required preparation and build a school where children can flourish.
